About us

At TrainChange Fitness we develop products differently from other fitness companies in that almost all of our products are either unique patented designs, like the 2k20 Functional Fitness Bench, Resistance Band Barbells, VRS Clips, etc. and are customized after fabrication. As a result, you may see some slight markings or sticker residue on some of the pieces. These result from the customization features we add to the products and why you can’t find our equipment anywhere else. Each one is unique and created by our small TrainChange Team in Sammamish, WA.

We also create in short batches because as a fitness consulting company, we are always looking for ways to continuously improve our training programs and products, and we update our products based on real-world feedback from our clients and customers. Conversely, most other fitness companies will create a product in large quantities, and if a feature enhancement or problem is identified, the improvement can’t be made until the ne

    I was excited when I found out these exist and they didn’t disappoint. I immediately threw them on my Olympic barbell and did safety bar style squats. It felt amazing. I expected it might feel awkward because my bar wasn’t cambered and I didn’t have a safety bar style shoulder pad, but it felt perfectly fine.
