Good quality n value
Lock itself seems like good valve. Works very smoothly, but there were a couple of snags in installation. I bought 3 n first 2 went in smoothly with 1 small hitch. One of the 2 counter sunk screws wasn't completely drilled, so a small modification with my drill bit n and extra trip to hardware store, cause I thought wrong screws were shipped. Now it's working fine. 3rd one, is another issue I need to consult with factory. I would buy again. As a Realtor n property manager, nothing ever goes as smooth as we would like.
