Flat concrete surface only

I gave this a trying to park a 1600 lb travel trailer. if you are on flat concrete this will work.....Otherwise, if there is anything other than a very slight slope, it will not work....anything other than concrete will not get traction and it will not work. I tried to return it and was denied.
