What?
It's as compact as it can be & still be an inner tube. It's the best price I could find & works just fine. There's nothing to keep it from starting, when the lawn mower moves, the wheel & inner tube turns.

OK if you don't mind the squeaking.
Brake pads stop OK but they constantly squeak.

Mirrors are cheap (you can tell by the price), but they work alright.
