If you want a UPS for your computer, this is the way to go. But the instructions are useless. English covers 2/3 page of a multi-page booklet in about 32 languages. Heaps about safety but little on how to use it. I'm still trying to work out what the hieroglyphics mean, that supposedly pass for instructions in the start up guide.

Excellent value for most wind speeds

The Rode Blimp is the best way to stop wind noise. It's large, but it's the only effective way in anything other than light winds. However, one minor problem is that the Blimp cannot handle Rode's own NT4, a stereo mike. The Rycote mounting inside the Blimp is not large enough diameter, and Rode doesn't offer a suitable stereo mount as an option. Rycote does – but it costs ~$1000. So the Rode is excellent value for mikes of 19-25mm diameter if you are seeking to reduce wind noise is most conditions. Those fluffy and foamy cheap alternatives just can't hack it.
