Human mortality rate is 100%, We're all going to die, sometime. However, the information in this book puts that off as long as possible!
2 of 2 found this helpful I was raised eating everything. It was all good for you. Everything. But, the quality of what we now grow on the earth is not equivalent to what was harvested in biblical times. Processed food is killing us. Thankfully, my doctor turned me on to this book. Now I, who laughed at 'veganism' finds himself thinking about what happens in our bodies when certain things are put in. I can't put this book down. Even the introduction is compelling enough to make a meat lover take a second look. The author continues though each body system explaining the effects of our American diet.
