The graphics are still good and I like the game play.
It is an old game, so you can't make it better.

Battle Chess 3DO
1 of 2 found this helpful I personally like the game Battle Chess for the 3DO. I like the death animation from the different chess pieces. This is a fun game if you like to play chess! This is the best version of Battle Chess to buy on any home console. The graphics in this game seem to be better than even the PC version.
There are two things that I do not like about the game. The first thing that I do not like is that the death animations are limited. The second thing that I do not like is that the game pieces move slow. When playing this game you will be waiting longer than other chess games that are similar to this game. Even though the game play is slow, it still plays faster than the Nintendo Entertainment version (NES) version of this game.
I decided to buy this game because I like playing chess. I am happy with my purchase and wish I bought this game when it was first released. When the game was released back in 1994, I didn’t know this game was available for the 3DO.
