Comfortable, stylish, but I expected better.
I wanted to fall in love with these headphones as I do like JBL sound. As I was unboxing them the feeling was definitely there as they felt solid, and top notch build quality set the expectations really high. Unfortunately that fell apart as I connected then to an audio device. I don't know that it is but music felt engineered rather than played. There is definitely too much bass, and not enough liveness. It feels like a high quality device, where JBL forgot to build the acoustics. I guess it's good for rap or club music (hence the name), but for rock music, movies and video games they just werent there. With sad heart I will be putting them up for sale, because despite amazing build quality, extensive features, incredible comfort, and deep bass, they aren't for me.

Made in China, poor build quality
They look ok, and I do like the polarized gradient brown lens, which are ideal for driving. Build quality however is a huge letdown. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to install springs next to the screws that allow temples to swing outwards. What this means is that these sunglasses fit very loosely and feel like they gonna fall off every time you nod your head, making them useless for any activity other than driving or sitting by the pool looking up, cuz the moment you look down, they will slip right off. Ironically I bought another pair for same price, RB4190, they are rock solid quality, fit perfectly and look great, and yes, unlike RB3498, they are made in Italy.
