Solves weird burner control issue

All of sudden, my glass top stove started to have a messed-up control issue. The knob to control the biggest burner would unintentionally trigger the smallest burner above it on the back. I guessed that it was a control chip problem. The control algorithm likely got messed up. All other functions appeared to be normal. Thus, I guessed that the main control board still OK, but the burner control logic board got corrupted. This product is an exact fit. Mine is B version. This one is C version with the same part number. Slightly updated, still exact fit. Very easy to replace. I only needed to remove 4 screws to expose the old burner control board. This stove has lasted for 10 years. I hope to get more years out of my stove to reduce landfill. Usually a burner's heating element would expire due to old age, but all of mine are still OK. So it is worthwhile to do the repair. I have had control board issues with my laundry washer, fridge and dish washer as well as heater issues for my laundry dryer. All fixed after doing some internet searches. I am not even an electronics repair person. Just use some logical thinking.
