Amazingly quiet and great vaccuum

This review is only after 3 uses ( 2 hrs total run time) and it performed flawlessly. It is amazingly quiet and pulled a auto system down to 30 in-Hg in less than a minute. Its ruggedly built except for the plastic motor cap and exhaust, though they seem durable and of tough plastic, so only time will tell if they last. The handle didn't flex so it must have some internal reinforcement. The recommendation for vacuum pumps is to change the oil after ever evacuation, although I used it 3 times on the same flushed system. The oil had just darkened some. It worked great so afterwards, I drained the oil and refilled it with fresh ready for its next use. This is a great buy for this shade tree mechanic who wants it done right. If I was a pro I still buy it and have one as a spare for less than the cost of the name brands.

Good features

I bought a pair of these to reposition the O2 sensors. I have not installed them, but I like the lock nut design so they can be positioned where needed.

Nice finish.

They do have a great finish. A great option over the less expensive rigid fiberglass version.
