I contacted gusmankan64, let him know the situation, he contacted me when it was returned, immediately re-shipped the item, and got his local PO to resend it for free! The Best!

Good fixer upper
Enjoyed working on this locomotive and adding the missing parts and cleaning up the motor. Looks great and runs great!
