This was the first time I've had a guitar shipped, and I was a little nervous to do so, especially all the way from Japan to the US. However, this was a great experience, and the instrument came exactly as described. Shipping was FAST! It was sent on a Wednesday and arrived on Friday. Also, the packaging was phenomenal! Everything was bubble wrapped both inside and outside of the guitar's hard case, then placed in a large box. Could not have been better! Thank you!!
