There was an issue with the condition of the model's actual box itself being not as described from what the listing said, but when I contacted the seller they apologized and made things right. Fortunately none of the runners or parts were damaged at all, just some water damage to the kit's box. Overall, would recommend the seller

The letter/personal note included from the seller, to enjoy the kit, was a nice touch. Shipping label was initially created, with shipment a day or two after (assuming due to the holidays).
