  These guys are awesome. Easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I gave them a FedEx location for shipping but, even though I’ve used it 100+ times for business and personal I never realized it was Air shipping only. they were not able to even scan it so it was refused and sent to the massive ground hub 20 miles away. After speaking with fed ex I determined the best next step was for the seller to change shipping address which they did no problem

  My review of the jazz17… first off the shipping box was a double box, over bubble rapped… talk about packaging … amazing how tight and protected the guitar was… pro shipping department. Never had a guitar packed so good… amazing… just top shelf packaging… The guitar is a spectacular looking guitar… it is everything it is on line… to over simplify things… it’s a acoustic guitar with a pickup…but more. the guitar case is a little big for this guitar. the thickness is a bit large. but works.
