Unfortunately, the package did not arrive in good condition due to Fed Ex… I am grateful for the Farfisa keyboards. I am sure the seller did everything in his power to ship this item in good condition and due weather and mishandling by UPS it arrived in less than satisfactory condition. The keyboards work and will be a great asset to my show.

I am sorry for the condition that you received the instrument, but it was packed to the hilt with styrofoam, cardboard and paper. What you received was not what I sent, so what we have here is a nosy FedEx employee trying to see what he can get. & repacked it sloppily when there was nothing for him to steal. There were no rips in the box and it took us 2 hours to pack this unit up. Realize is that a seller with 21 years on ebay, & perfect feedback, was victimized, an insurance claim was in order
