A refined distillation of everything I like about Seiko divers
This is an awesome watch! The solar cell dial is a lovely grey with a faint sunburst effect, and the indices are lume dots on applied titanium discs. It's subtle, but classy. The overall size is perfect, present without being at all overbearing, and the titanium makes for a light, comfortable wear. I literally have to glance at my wrist to see if I'm wearing this watch sometimes. I'm not a bracelet guy but if that's your thing the titanium bracelet is equally light and comfortable, and the polished links give it a touch of class. Nice bezel action and cool sword hands that swell slightly towards the tips. Almost everything I like about the SKX is here, and most of what bothers me about the SKX has been left behind or improved. Drilled lugs! If I had to ding the watch on something I'd say the crown is a little small, but you only have to touch the crown once a month or less to fix the date. Overall it's a solid win in my book.
