Bulky, but effective
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this weapon light because it looked more solid than most other add-on weapon lights out there. I feel that if I am going to have a 'house gun' then I have a responsibility to be able to identify what I am aiming at, if worst comes to worst.
This weapon light is a handful; it is 'fatter' than the fore-end stock that it replaces. People with small hands should try before they buy.
The light is super bright. At close range, it is just what you need to disorient a burglar. The 'constant-on' switch is easy to reach, while the 'on only when the switch is pressed' switch requires shifting the hand forward, which will make it difficult to work the slide in an emergency.
The light that I received is a newer model than the one shown in the picture. The newer model is better, in my opinion.
I am happy that I bought this product.
