False advertise
1 of 1 found this helpful Definitely not an 8000lm flashlight, more like an 850lm or even less. Adequate enough to light brighter than a non-LED, but this shouldn't be exaggerated to get more buyers.

Wonderful device
First time owner of this brand and all I can say is I am unbelievably impressed. Almost works light my nitecore flashlight and the output lumens is fantastic. This is far superb against the two crappy streamlights I just received earlier. Lightweight, durable and uses just one rechargeable battery. Love that it is also magnetic so you can easily stick it anyway on a metal object. The charge port that comes with it is such an awesome way to charge and also gives it a sort of beauty from other people. I would buy this again.

For general use only
Although it's a durable light, I wouldn't buy another. For the price I paid, I could easily get 3 or 4 T6 or XML led flashlights that are 10 times brighter and use rechargeable batteries. The selection process have you completely press on the button which can wear out quicker than the typical light tap that T6 lights do.
The light output is less desirable to desirable. Max lumens is only 57 from a gas xenon bulb... I thought these were obsolete.
Overall, I wouldn't bet my survival in the dark with these. Something for a short power outage maybe, but save your money and get a better quality LED light.
