Lekato Wireless microphone System
Received the Lekato Wireless System and plugged it in to charge, returned to check on units 4 hours later and charge indicator lights were out, as per instructions, tried to plug them into the microphone and mixing board and nothing, No light on receiver and one light on transmitter. Tried to recharge both units again but with same results.Receiver still will not come on. Have E-mailed the seller, they want me to send a video of the products, I have NO way to make or send video. been two weeks since I last heard from them. Would like to get something done with Item and get on with life. How do I get replacement Item and how do I return DEFECTIVE Item?
After a couple of e-mails with customer service, received a replacement for original order and after charging them, hooked them up and they work great. No problems,and they sounded better than I had hoped for. Have used them several times and they seem to be holding charge better after several charging cycles. Four hours on them last couple times and they are working great.
