Compact with sturdy construction
It works great and feels very sturdy. It is slightly shorter than most bracket-mounted lamp holders. There is no on/off switch. In case it is hard to tell from the photos, the electrical terminals are exposed on the back of the socket, so it is best used in a concealed/recessed application. Otherwise cover the terminals with some electricians tape to avoid getting shocked.

Works great
2 of 3 found this helpful Can connect to WLAN via either coax or ethernet. Currently it is connected to my fios ONT via ethernet and I get exactly the 100/100mbps I am paying for over a wired connection. On wireless I get about 30mbps up/down, but I think that is because there are a few other WiFi networks nearby using the same channel.
I bought this router to avoid having to pay Verizon's $10 a month router rental. Works like a charm and have had no issues so far.
