not the issue
placed in dremel tool, tool still did not work unless i pressed on brush cap to make contact. dremel no good

cheap chain steel
FAIL. i had a Bad bar, my chain is good. got this combo deal for cheap. SO on it went. 5 minutes into cut, chain pops off. no big deal...at first... however, it became clear that there was issues with smooth movement of chain. chain made of cheap china steel, the chain itself developed knicks and burrs from coming off bar. chain will not bend, fold in on itself, roll over bar tip properly now. effort required to bend chain. contacted Oregon, still waiting on reply. 5 months now... put old chain back on. no problem. OLD chain still pops off but no issues flexibility.
