Not for any serious lifting
1 of 1 found this helpful Don't be fooled into buying this if you're going to lift more than about 135 lbs. The bar will not hold up. I use for CrossFit using lighter weights for higher reps so it's not too bad. But you really can't drop it!

2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this to replace another Klipsch reference series speaker which oddly is labeled the R-52C II yet they appear to be completely unrelated to each other. My old one was twice the size, ported in the rear and far better quality construction.
I mistakenly thought this would be basically the same speaker. I was wrong. It is very shrill, lacks in bass almost completely. Only real positive, voice is clear but lacks any depth.
I cannot recommend this particular Klipsch model though I do highly recommend the brand overall.
