The Heating Element
First off, they shipped it out very fast and in good packaging. After alterations to my home built smoker to accommodate the new element, I finally got to test it out. I ran it through several smoking's. The element heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. The walls on my smoker are thicker than the allowed base of element, so had to inset the element. But, overall I am very pleased with the purchase. Good quality and does exactly what it says it will do. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it.
