Heat shrink does the job right
Because the length was longer than most shrink tubes i was able to wrap engine harness wiire completely in one step.

No more flat tires great idea
Tire fits with original spacers and axle bushing, I just had to spread the wheel bracket a fraction of an inch. You also have to use locknut and tighten carefully since the spacers will lock up the wheel bearings if fully tightened.
