  The tuner arrived with a damaged antenna connector and at the circuit level it has leaking capacitors, as can be seen in the photos. It does not tune nor does it provide a quality signal image. I will have to take the unit in for repair.

  honestly don t think there is anything wrong with this item. It was working before I shipped it, & I don t see anything in his photo except for what looks like some glue on a circuit board. Guess I should have complained that he opened the unit before contacting me. I refunded the buyer anyway, for the sake of good faith. Guess you can,t win em all.
