SuddenLink ( Pace ) cable box .
If Suddenlink doesn`t have the serial number of the box you are installing in their warehouse inventory , the box CANNOT and will NOT be activated .
The box I ordered and recieved was NEW in the box but guess what , I just threw away my money because it couldn`t be activated .
Bottom line is , it was my fault for NOT reading what the add said .
