Easy to follow instructions and easy start up (takes quite a time and make sure you have a receptical large enough to accept the full water content). Once setup if you want more product remember to press and hold the start button till your cup is almost full before the initial process ends.

Excellent knife sharpener.

I had the other style with the flip over handle that locked the suction cup for years before it broke and as I was happy with the way it sharpened my knives I looked for the same as a replacement. I saw this one by the same manufacturer and decided to try it. It is really easy to set up on the work surface and sharpens just as well as the previous type.
