Good quality.
Bought this a year ago for da beach and it has held up great would recommend.

Good buy
Good quality hand exerciser for the price. The resistance selector is great and it feels good in the hand. It does however leave a shavings type of mess when you use it. It might just be excess material being worn off. It's not a whole lot, but noticeable. Also the spring will sometimes make a pop sound as it adjusts on the hook. The extra rings a good too.
