definitely helps relieve tooth sensitivity
If you experience sensitivity in your teeth when consuming hot or cold, or when bleaching your teeth, or due to the natural receding that happens in the gums as we age, this product is for you. I've been using it for 5 years since a dentist introduced me to it.
Follow instructions on the tube and you will likely relieve your sensitivity or complete get rid of it. I'm to a point where I only need to use it every 6 to 8 months - right before I bleach my teeth and right after. I always have some on hand when I travel, just in case. I apply it with my finger, wait for 60 seconds, spit, then put my Invisalign retainer trays and go to bed.
Note that I also used Colgate sensitive toothpaste for several years (I now use NuSkin's AP24).

great for biking
2 of 2 found this helpful As others have stated, these give good sound and stay put pretty well, but do not block your ear canals. That means you can also hear what's going on around you, and that is imperative when cycling. If I'm mowing or on a plane, I would prefer an over-ear model ideally, because those are times it helps a lot to reduce ambient noise. But for active use such as walking, biking, gym, weeding, etc, these are the best I've tried.
