Nice fermentation crock.
My first batch of kimchi in the crock has turned out great. Although I find it easier to use that my normal kilner jars and weights, I'm a bit confused about why the weights are slightly bigger to ensure that only liquid rises up rather than any of the vegetable matter.
It's a nice pot, with good instructions and I would recommend it.
