great idea but !!!!!
The idea is great, but we found it made the paw very sweaty and the tension in the neck of the balloon cuts blood flow to the paw, could be useful to avoid contamination, ( eg oil or tar) but not for healing.

does the job
I am no telecommunications expert but it works fine looks as durable as any small bit of plastic can arrived quickly and was as cheap as chips (not that they are anymore ).
