Product not cut correctly

Product received defective. After a week long back and forth email about product. I was told that this product does sometimes come received, not fitting the battery and that the customer has to then modify it to fit. Funny if you buy a product, with your hard earn money, it should come ready to be put on, no work but installing it, yet I have to modify it to fit and then install it.
