End ugly cable runs.
This feed through receptacle cover works great and is easy to install. You need to be aware that the HDMI cable coming to the receptacle from the back plugs in on the top. Therefore you should use a box that is open on the top so there will be no interference for your HDMI connector. The coax connector is a standard straight feed through. I used a remodeling low voltage box which is orange and is open on all sides. They are available at Home Depot and work great.
