Right Item, Right Price, Quick Ship, Excellent Service
This is a terrific alternative to packing up your PSD340 and mailing it off to a Service Center.
We use the PSD340 extensively in our public school, (5 of them in the music department) and although I LOVE the functionality, the top CD Drives tend to go out after heavy use.
If you or someone you know is inclined to open up a PSD unit that is no longer under warranty, you can save time and money with this quality OEM top drive. There are about 30 screws, and multiple ribbon/cable connections, but with patience and a delicate touch, the unit pops into place in under an hour with simple tools. The installation was a little more involved than I had originally anticipated, but the PSD340 works like new again. I'm even more impressed with the engineering of the unit than before I opened it up. If you aren't comfortable getting down in the guts of the recorder, there is probably a computer or electronics shop near you that can do the work. Unit is shipped with a static electricity solder ball on the ribbon that needs to come off before you install it. A+ #1, will definitely buy again. Thanks and Thanks!

We need more laughter
Very strong can with a tight fitting lid will last for MANY repetitions.
So many laughs, I had to get a few more to lend out.
