I just assumed that since it was unopened it would operate. Not a good practice to just automatically leave negative feedback without trying to get resolution. Sellers feedback is more important than buyers. Have a great day.

2 of 2 found this helpful Colors are not true, washed out! Dull, flat very poor ink! Will not buy H p products again!! Had a non hp brand which was much brighter and produced true colors!
