Highly recommended; easily replaced and inserted
Have been using this replacement product for many years and have never been disappointed.

Useless facemask
The materials used for this item are of good quality but the rubber bands for attaching the mask to ones head are far too short, rendering it unusable for an adult. I'll be inserting an extra piece of material to the rubber straps to rectify the difficulty rather than having to go to the trouble of going through the return procedure, and then packing and posting the mask. I won't be buying this again.

Derwent Pastel Pencil Sharpener
No complaints about the quality of the materials but it does not allow pencils to be inserted far enough into it to produce a sharp point.
