good projector, hopeless after sales backup
Overall this is a good and fairly well thought out projector. The same cannot be said for the manual and the backup from 3m which in the uk anyway is lamentable. At first I thought that the fan was loud compared to other devices that I have owned but you do get used to it and with the sound on its not a problem. Picture quality and robustness are both good and its in built speakers are excellent. The lack of information for it is terrible, nothing written for instance on using the usb and memory stick facility. In fact when I put a memory srick in for the first time it had the effect of increasing the lamp hours from 40 to six million, which is well before the pyramids were built, quite an accomplishment.
3m were not interested in helping me so I would say in the UK anyway, although its a reasonable projector buy something else with better serviceability and this I would suggest for any 3m device.

Absolute rubbish. Had to file to even fit in the bonnet then the spa ray pattern was more like a hose only on the bottom part of the windscreen. Very bad quality

Perfect combination of qualities for the money.
Well made, robust and easy to use. Only downside for some would be the weight and perhaps the smaller than modern screen. I don't find it a problem and for indoor wok it can be easily tethered to a computer with whata very large screen you like! Superb full frame shots - stunning quality for the money.
This is my third dslr, the first two being the cropped sensor type. I was never happy with the shots for product work on my website with the fist two and had used a tiny compact instead. This was a last ditched attempt and it really has paid off. The right combination of megapixels and frame size for the web.
