  Seller advertised the wrong item,then complained to Ebay after accepting the return, saying its condition on return was not in the condition that he had sent it . This was not the case. The condition of the stand was as came out of its packet nothing to do with me. Thank you, Ebay for sorting this problem out.

  I think that the buyer maybe a stranger to the truth, in that it appears he returned a different item from that sent. He said that it should have a chrome surround and the one sent did not have that. However, eBay agreed that my photograph showed mine to have a chrome surround, therefore they upheld my complaint against the buyer. Ebay refunded the buyer themselves and did not require me to refund the buyer. Ebay held me not to be at fault. Thus I am somewhat surprised at the buyer’s attitude.
