  I understand the shipping cost due to the bk and weight, but I had to contact several times after purchasing in order for the item to be shipped.   Only now have I gotten around to installing the printer and downloading the software. The printer works well. Met all expectations. I needed a home office for occasional use. Special thanks to the seller for the quick response and friendliness. There was a misunderstanding - during shipment they forgot to put the power cord and USB in the box with the printer. But the seller sent them at his own expense. Thank you! I am very glad!
