this book helps keep me alive
2 of 2 found this helpful this has been big help to me in my quest for better health and less problems from the bad health I already have. it is easy to read and understand and provides scientific reasons for doing or not doing stuff. I would recommend it to anyone who is truly serious about LOSING WEIGHT, GETTING HEALTHIER, LIVING LONGER. yes it will challenge you to shut your pie hole, get off the couch, be a better steward of your inner life and the world around you. less calories, more fun activities, longer life or at least less health problems in the life you have left. for young and old, not hard to understand so you don't need a college degree to understand.

A+ rear wiper!
rear wiper as good as the old one. had to watch an online video to install it, but it took about 30 seconds to do so. very pleased!

flow on / flow off
2 of 2 found this helpful used it and had good flow. stopped taking it to see if changes occurred. decreased flow in 6-7 days. could not order again quick enough. after 4 days improved flow. use it twice a day with another supplement and Flomax. nothing by itself does the trick. piece of advice : never chew capsules, taste is not pleasant.
