Knife review

I am not fond of plywood handle on the 165mmTakefu Shiro2; I wish the handle was maple or walnut.is I have not washed the knife yet, so lets see how it holds up in the future. The blade is razor sharp, a good starter knife for anyone in a kitchen or restaurant. Overall, the knife is an excellent value!
