Stuffing sausage

I used to use a meat grinder/stuffer I found it was puréeing the meat as the auger was turning the meat and pushing it through the tube. It was not moving the meat fast enough so it would continue mushing the meat until it push the sausage through and it didn't look so good plus a lot of meat wasted that was stuck in the auger. So I tried this sausage stuffer and it worked quite smoothly very little waste of meat and you can control how fast and slow you are stuffing the sausage. I think it is a good product.
