A little bit of hot water, elbow grease (and Windex) is all you will need to install this product. The quality is first rate, and you'll be happy with the increased grip and better fit into the hand.

Does what you need

Beyond the overall excellent quality and value, assembly is straightforward and well-explained in the instructions. There are no extra bells and whistles, but if any are desired, they can be added by the user. An interior light, for instance. The only slight negative is some minor bent corners due to shipping--short of double packing, this is probably unavoidable. A bit of work with pliers fixed it. On balance, this product satisfies fully.

Darn near perfect

The display is easy to read, the directions understandable and simple. The operation is flawless, and it seems to be durable, although I have only had it connected for a week or so. If there were room for improvement at the current price point, it would be to make the terminal bar a bit more secure in terms of enclosure of the terminals and the ease with which wires are attached. It is a minor issue though--if I was concerned I could mount the controller inside a ventilated metallic case of some sort to make it weather proof and damage resistant. A micro switch for the load would also be helpful, but at the price offered, it is a minor point. All in all, excellent value.
