Canon i9900 Digital Photo Inkjet Printer w/ NEW Ink

Bought used Canon i9900 printer. Doesn't print well.

It prints very streaky. I replace all the ink cartridges with brand new ones and did several deep cleanings.The 6M nozzle doesn't clean. Upon finishing the cleaning, the print quality is very streaked especially on photos and graphics.
