  when the charm unfortunately got lost in the post the seller immediately responded to me and sent out another one along with a free charm to make up for it which really wasn't necessary but a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. can not recommend this seller enough been using eBay for years and this seller is by far up there at the top of the list of the best sellers iv bought from. highly recommended seller will 100% buy from again
