  Great quality HD's for my NAS. Quite a few hours on them but I put them through exhaustive testing and all is good. I purchased 2 of these to match what I already had in my array. No SMART errors. Seller was quick to answer questions I had and they arrived packaged OK but not great. That being said, I am 37 years in IT and I error highly on the side of caution shipping mechanical drives.
