  The seller included a note with his phone number in case we needed help. This was much appreciated. The door hangers were in good shape and exactly matched the single hanger we already had. The only glitch is the seller sent us two hangers of the same side (there are separate left’s and right’s). We contacted him and he was pleasant but there wasn’t much he could do. We ended up having our contractor drill out the rivets and change the orientation of the hangers. All works well. I’m satisfied.
