I'm satisfied with the purchase and I'd certainly consider buying from them again in future. A few potential improvements : * Mentioning the Ram transfer speed would help buyers to understand the complete spec of the Ram (e.g. 2666 Mhz or 2400 Mhz) * Mentioning the shipment track number in the system when shipment starts would help buyers to immediately start tracking their parcel without asking the merchants (this helps merchant too)
