Great tool
I use this tool to remove excess moisture from shredded zucchini when making zucchini bread. It works great.

Great older cook book
1 of 1 found this helpful I was looking to replace an older Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book that I had given to a friend. I like the older recipes that my mother used when I was young and the explanations this book gives. However, I wanted to spend as little as possible. This particular book filled the bill. Although it seems well used, it was intact but the cover was a little soiled. But it was right for the price.
