Part worked but had minor damage that I was able to work with
While I was able to make this part work, one of the securing points needed to secure it to my vehicle was broken and missing, plus the gasket was also missing. Fortunately, I was able to use the broken piece from my original that was damaged at the car wash with the help of gorilla glue and some clear silicone for the gasket. Other than that issue I appreciated the part and would not return it due to the continued search for a piece that was not broken and no guarantee I could find one.
